FIATLUXS — Limited Warranty

Valid for: 1 Year from the Date of Delivery

1. Warranty Coverage

FIATLUXS provides a limited one-year warranty on its lighting products against manufacturing defects and technical failures, including issues such as faulty wiring or defects arising from the manufacturing process.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, FIATLUXS may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental or physical damage, including breakage, dents, scratches, or damage caused by mishandling.

  • Water or moisture damage, including exposure to excessive humidity, water, or submersion.

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, alterations, repairs, or adjustments.

  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper installation, or operation outside the product's intended conditions.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must:

  • Provide valid proof of purchase.

  • Ensure the product has been installed and used under normal operating conditions.

  • Submit the warranty request within the applicable warranty period.

  • Provide photographs, product details, or other information requested by FIATLUXS to assess the issue.

FIATLUXS reserves the right to inspect or assess the product before determining whether the reported issue is covered under this warranty.

4. Warranty Limitations

FIATLUXS shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product failure, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty coverage is limited to defects and technical issues specifically covered by this policy and does not extend to excluded damage or conditions.
